here’s my reasoning for it. congress knows people will still do it. they get fined. tickets get paid. the state gets more money. i doubt it will last long. someone will start a petition to veto the law, or threaten to not vote for their congressman

I couldn’t sleep last night. I wish someone had punched me in the face, then at least I chould’ve had my eyes closed for a decent amount of time.
Rainy days, being cranky, and 18 kids suck. I was going nuts.
